Ms. Brown previously held the position of Assistant Vice President and National 1031 Exchange Administration Manager of TransUnion Exchange Corporation (formerly Diversified Exchange Corporation) located in San Diego, California.
She is responsible for the long-term strategic planning and over-all management of the day-to-day operations for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, Exeter Trust Company, Exeter Asset Management Corporation, and their affiliate companies.
Prior to joining TransUnion Exchange Corporation (formerly Diversified Exchange Corporation), she served for eleven years with Chicago Title Company in title and escrow operations for residential, commercial and builder services business segments, as well as systems development and training.
Maureen is involved with numerous professional organizations including the California Escrow Association (CEA), San Diego County Escrow Association (SDCEA), Nor-Cal Escrow Association, AIR Commercial Real Estate Association (AIR), Institute of Portfolio Alternatives, Retirement Industry Trust Association, and the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA).
