Hiba I. Exeter is an Assistant Vice President and Business Development Officer for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, Exeter Trust Company (Cheyenne, Wyoming), Exeter Asset Services Corporation (Cheyenne, Wyoming), Exeter Management Corporation (Cheyenne, Wyoming) and its affiliate companies.
Mrs. Exeter joined Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC in 2015. She is responsible for the sales, marketing and client relationship management for the Southwest Region, including San Diego County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County and San Bernardino County with an emphasis in escrow companies and escrow industry associations.
Hiba can assist clients with Forward 1031 Exchanges, Reverse 1031 Exchanges and Improvement 1031 Exchanges. She has worked extensively with escrow officers, settlement agents, real estate agents, closing attorneys, and accountants in the administration of their clients' 1031 Exchange transactions.

Mrs. Exeter serves as a board member of the North San Diego County Escrow Association and is involved with numerous professional organizations including the California Escrow Association (“CEA”), North San Diego County Escrow Association (“NSDCEA”), San Diego County Escrow Association ("SDCEA"), NorCal Escrow Association, Escrow Association of Washington ("EAW"), San Diego Association of Realtors (“SDAR”), Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors, La Jolla Real Estate Brokers Association, National Counsel of Exchangors ("NCE"), Income Property Management Expo, San Diego Chapters of CCIM ("CCIM") and CREW, NAIOP, SIOR, Women Council of Realtors (“WCR”), and the San Diego Creative Investors Association (“SDCIA”).
